given up, will let us know how he makes out down there.

Lance adds: "The gates will come down, it's just a matter of time."

6/4/2010 -- Lance reports he is appealing his case and it will go to the courtrooms of Monroe county.

Circuit Judge David Audlin (a native New Yorker; not a "Bubba") has decided to hear the anti-gates case. The City of Marathon must respond within 20 days with their arguments. Hopefully, I'll get a more impartial hearing this time (we'll have to take it to Miami if we don't). Mike Cinque, the Marathon Vice Mayor, is best friends with the political enabler of these gates, John Repetto. Greg Coldiron, the "architect" of these gates, approached Repetto about this gate idea 7-8 years ago when Repetto was mayor. Coldiron and Repetto are fishing buddies.
