Capt. Ward Boston Interview
Captain Ward Boston (USN, Ret.) is a distinguished attorney with substantial
expertise in military law. He served as the JAG officer for the 1967 Court
of Inquiry into the Israeli attack on USS Liberty.
For 36 years, Capt. Boston remained silent on this subject, as he had been
ordered. Today, however, after so many others have come forward and made
statements -- often untrue or inaccurate -- he has decided to speak on this
issue and share his expert recollections of the events of June, 1967.
This is his first recorded statement on this subject and was
made to Ron Gotcher, a Los Angeles attorney who interviewed him.
